Birthday Parties at JGNW

OVERVIEW

Attending kids will do an hour of activities with our party coordinator in the gym and then an hour in the party room for cake and presents!

We only do Saturday afternoons for parties, please call or email and let us know which date you're looking at and we will check with a staff member about availability!

REQUIREMENTS

1) $50 non-refundable deposit - this will hold your requested date and will go towards the final payment *Non-members pay $100 non-refundable deposit*

2) $200 - final payment, this is for 10 kids, including the birthday child, due the week prior to the event. If canceled prior to 7 days before the party date both the final payment and deposit are non-refundable. *Final payment for non-members is $250*

3) $10 extra per additional child (up to 15 total), due the week prior to the event as well.

4) A start time of 12:30pm and end time of 2:30pm, some exceptions/slight shifts can be made, please contact us directly via call or email to discuss your situation.

Set up can happen in the party room at any point in the morning prior to the party. We are open from 9 am on Saturdays, so you are welcome to come in from then on for setup.
A refrigerator is available as needed

5) Parents should remain in the lobby or party room, and view through our lobby window or TV cameras.

6) If there are more than 12 children, we may ask one parent to come in to help chaperone the group.

SPECIFICATIONS

The $200 is for rental of the party room space, not the whole gym or entire lobby.
The party will be together in the gym area but separated from any other scheduled events at the gym, including, but not limited to, Open Gym attendees, Competitive Team workout, and private lessons.
The children will play a game on the floor to warm up and stretch, then have the opportunity to visit bars and beams, as well as our trampolines and an obstacle course.

FAQs

Q: Do we have to sign waivers?

A: Yes, waivers will be available on the day of the party to sign by necessary guardians.

Q: Can I rent the whole gym?

A: No, unfortunately not, we do not offer the entire gym for rental.

Q: Can I do the party on a day other than Saturday?

A: No, we have our regular scheduled classes packing the gym every weekday, and we are closed on Sundays, so this would not be possible.

Q: My party attendees are all under 6 years old (preschool age), do they do the same things?

A: If your entire group is preschool age, let us know ahead of time and we will adjust activities accordingly! (example: parachute time or having balance beams lowered down)

Q: My party attendees age has a large range, will the older kids do the same things as the younger ones?

A: Yes, we will not adjust activities based upon the age differences. We recommend letting us know ahead of time and we can then review the planned activities with you. All of our regular activities are safe and fun for kids with little to no experience provided they are 6+.
