We are proud to be one of the few gyms in the Portland Metro area and the PNW to offer adult gymnastics! We have both a class and an open gym option, in order to cater to those who would like some structure and coaching, as well as those who would like to test the waters of gymnastics at their own pace. Our adult gymnastics class is every Wednesday night, from 7:30-9pm! We offer 45 minutes of structured group warmup, stretching, and gymnastics-focused strength and conditioning, followed by 45 minutes of Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor with coaching support. We welcome all skill levels and genders, whether you did gymnastics during your childhood or would like to start now!
Class Punch Cards are available to members through our portal proshop!

At our adult open gym, you are welcome to come in and enjoy time in the gym with other adults who are doing gymnastics, whether you were an athlete growing up, or just want to push yourself without pressure!
Waivers will be available at the gym, please make an account on our customer portal in advance of attending.

Are you interested in competing in gymnastics as an adult? We have a tight-knit adult team that practices during our given adult gymnastics options. Our team mainly competes XL Silver, XL Platinum, XL Diamond, or Level 9 through NAIGC, when opportunities arise. We have two live competitions so far this year, one in Redmond, WA in March and one in Utah in May. If you have any questions about our adult competitive team, please email our office!
