We are proud to be one of the few gyms in the Portland Metro area and the PNW to offer adult gymnastics! We have both a class and an open gym option, in order to cater to those who would like some structure and coaching, as well as those who would like to test the waters of gymnastics at their own pace. Our adult gymnastics class is every Thursday night, from 7:30-9pm! We offer 30 minutes of structured group warmup, stretching, and gymnastics-focused strength and conditioning, followed by 45 minutes of Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor with coaching support. All skill levels and genders welcome, whether you did gymnastics during your childhood or would like to start now!

At our adult open gym, you are welcome to come in and enjoy time in the gym with other adults who are doing gymnastics, whether you were an athlete growing up, or just want to push yourself without pressure!
Waivers will be available at the gym, please make an account on our customer portal in advance of attending.
